RULE OF LAW & THE PRESENT SHAPE OF DEMOCRACY

Life of a common person has
become worst miserable. Law and order condition has become the important and
horrible issue of the day, now the question arises how can our country survive
in the present condition. Although good governess is the main thing to do
better for the welfare of the masses, to attain the goal of Good governess,
foremost thing is rule of law, if the implementation of law is enforceable by
unlawful factors, then how can we do hope to attain the rule of law. In Pakistan police
has become an important instrument to get political benefits. The other thing
is also horrible police has become killer on rent. Police high officials have
formed their own Cell where the people
are kept to get illegal demands. This fact is very shameful that our rulers are
not from the common people, they are born to rule this country , so the
property, life and honour of the common person is not safe in Pakistan. There are several fictions those
are killing people, looting money in the cover of political parties. If we can
see any party in the country that has not killing group to kill each other. The land garbage, killers all has
the cover of political force. Even the parties those are working in the name of
Islam, they have their akari wings. Rule of law is the need of hour , the law
should be enforce with its true spirit. Every political government when spends
one year of its Government then there arises instability in the political scenario .people do not get relief in
the political set up because political setup has no grip over whole matters,
For this people start to see toward the army. Even we all know the army has no
justification to rule in the country but unfortunately, our very weak political
setup cannot fulfill the requirements of the public, i.e. law & order,
infra structure facilities, food etc.so the people of Pakistan are in the
vicious circle. This vicious circle cannot not be break by such weak ,dishonest
leaders, so the present shape of the democracy has not solved our problems. The
present political setup is only for property owners, capitalist because huge
amount is invest in the election and a person having private “gunda guerd
anaser” to pressurize the opponents and general masses. To become successful in
the politics the main instrument is that there should be a pressure group. We
are not denying the benefits of the democracy, no doubt when the process of
political is going on, it will be
beneficial for the masses but to participate in the election it is not possible,
the common gentleman can enter in this field.
